Event participation request

In order to allow adequate preliminary evaluation, requests for participation of representatives of the National Blood Center (CNS), as speakers or moderators, in scientific, training or dissemination events, can be forwarded by filling out the form below, at least three months before the scheduled date of the event. The fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

The CNS will respond to the request within 15 days, indicating, in case of participation in the initiative, the identified speaker/moderator.

The data collected will be exclusively used to provide comprehensive responses to this message. They will not be used in any other way.
